144e GaAs fet masthead amplifier
This must be the
ultimate in low noise V.H.F. masthead amplifiers. Based on a low
noise GaAs fet, with noiseless negative feedback techniques, this
unit provides a noise figure of less than 1 dB and a third order
intercept of +10dBm. The amplifier is available in two gain ranges,
8dB for stations with high performance receivers, and 12 dB for
stations with high noise figures. The gain can be set at any value
up to 12 dB on request. Through power is 1kW maximum, and the
amplifier can be used without a sequencer for powers up to 250W. The
amplifier comes in a weatherproof aluminum box, with mounting kit
for 1"- 2" masts.
