1296 23cms GaAs fet masthead amplifier
This is a low noise
GaAs fet amplifier which covers the whole 1.24 to 1.325 GHz band in
one model. The amplifier is switched with a pair of relays giving a
bypass or transmit path capable of 20W. The amplifier has a gain of
15dB, Noise figure of 0.7dB and a third order intercept point of
0dBm. The unit is housed in a waterproof diecast box and is provided
with mast mounting hardware. The unit is NOT R.F. switched and must
be provided with a suitable control signal (Ground on TX). Insertion
loss on transmit path is less than 0.5 dB.
